By purchasing any digital project from IR Artes, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the conditions described in this Sales Policy.
### 1. ABOUT THE PROJECTS
The products sold by IR Artes are **digital projects** intended for fabrication and assembly by the buyer.
The project does not include the fabrication, assembly, or shipping of the physical item.
Each project may include, as described in the listing:

* Complete step-by-step video tutorial;
* Materials list;
* Information necessary for fabrication and assembly.
### 2. PAYMENT
We accept **all payment methods available on the website** at the time of purchase.
Release and delivery of the project are subject to payment confirmation.
### 3. PROJECT DELIVERY
After payment confirmation, the project will be sent **via WhatsApp** to the contact number provided by the customer.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct WhatsApp number and be available to receive the material.
### 4. TUTORIAL AND PROJECT INFORMATION
The projects come with the information necessary for execution, including a **complete step-by-step video tutorial and materials list**, when specified in the product description.
The customer must watch the tutorial and consult all provided materials before beginning fabrication.
### 5. SUPPORT
IR Artes **does not offer technical support or individual guidance via WhatsApp** for project execution.
The video tutorial, step-by-step guide, and materials list provided with the project constitute the guidance material for its fabrication.
The purchase price does not include:
* Private lessons;
* Individual consulting;
* Assembly assistance;
* In-person guidance;
* Custom development or adaptation of the project. ### 6. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer is responsible for possessing the necessary knowledge, tools, machinery, and materials to execute the project.
IR Artes is not liable for errors in manufacturing, assembly, machine calibration, incorrect measurements, improper use of tools, or the use of materials other than those recommended.
### 7. USE OF FILES
The purchased project is intended for the buyer's use.
It is **prohibited to resell, share, distribute, make available online, or transfer the digital files to third parties**, in whole or in part, without authorization from IR Artes.
### 8. DIGITAL PRODUCT
The buyer must carefully review the project description, files, measurements, requirements, and other available information prior to purchase.
As this is a **digital product**, once the material has been sent or released, no cancellations or refunds will be issued due to a change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, or difficulty in executing the project, subject to rights provided under applicable law.

IR Artes may make improvements, corrections, or updates to the projects sold, without any obligation to provide free of charge any changes that modify or expand upon the originally purchased project.
### 10. ACCEPTANCE
By completing the purchase, the customer declares that they:
